Amanda M. Socci, J.D., is a freelance writer with 14 years of experience writing professionally. Socci currently cuts her blogging chops on her personal portfolio blog, the Creative Idea Gal blog, and on an online news site, Mount Vernon Patch.

Socci also self-published Consumers Everywhere magazine, a theme-based magazine covering diverse consumer topics, from 1998-2002.
Despite earning her Juris Doctorate law degree from Howard University School of Law in 1998, Socci remains true to her roots and her free spirit as a diehard creative with unique visions. She prides herself on coming up with new ideas for any project and became inspired to call herself the Creative Idea Gal. Socci began blogging in April 2012, after participating actively in social media for several years.
